PricingThe GainsKeeper console is offered to advisors and accountants at no charge. The console allows you to view all your clients' GainsKeeper accounts with one Login ID. A separate GainsKeeper subscription will need to be purchased for each client, unless they are spouses filing jointly. Subscriptions include GainsKeeper's cost basis calculator, BasisPro, to help your clients recreate the historical cost basis of positions in their portfolios. GainsKeeper offers a five-tier subscription price schedule for your clients. Subscriptions are good for one year, unless your client has used the trades and/or BasisPro calculations included in the subscription within the year and opted to purchase another subscription. The subscription levels are priced on the number of transactions entered into your client's GainsKeeper portfolio. If your client's trading activity exceeds the number of trades and/or BasisPro calculations included in the subscription, another subscription may be purchased or your client can keep the current subscription and purchase additional trade buckets or calculations. If you have any unused trades or BasisPro calculations, you can roll over the remaining balance to a new subscription. Please note that this only applies, if you renew at the same subscription level or higher and prior to the expiration account date. Any accounts on or after the expiration date (or at a lower subscription level) will reset with a new trade count. If you have a promotional code, please enter it when purchasing your subscription. Discounts from promotional codes will be applied to the regular subscription price.
