FAQ - How do I renew my subscription?

Question

How do I renew/increase trades in my GainsKeeper subscription?

Answer

GainsKeeper’s subscription period is for one year from subscription date, or until your trade limit is reached. If your trade limit is reached prior to expiration date and you need to renew, go to My Settings to Increase your Trade Limit. You can either re-subscribe for a new one year period, or, if you simply need to add trades but do not wish to extend your expiration date, you can add a trade bucket.

If you do not run out of trades prior to expiration date, you should receive a notification two weeks prior to your expiration date reminding you that your account will expire soon. If you have unused trades, you can roll those over to a new subscription only if you renew the account prior to expiration date, and if you renew at your existing subscription tier or a higher tier. Accounts renewed on or after expiration date, or renewed at a lower subscription tier, will reset with a new trade count.
