This page can be used to display information on past and upcoming corporate action events and news. While GainsKeeper automatically adjusts your holdings for mandatory corporate actions, it does not automatically process voluntary corporate actions. This page provides instructions for adjusting your accounts for voluntary corporate actions, such as tender offers. GainsKeeper will automatically process certain corporate actions on option underlying securities. GainsKeeper also provides the ability to manually book corporate actions on option underlying securities.
