Change Login ID and/or Password

Procedure

To change your existing Login ID and/or Password:

1. Click on the My Settings tab from the top of GainsKeeper. The My Settings page displays.

2. Click Change Password at the bottom of the page. The Change Login ID and/or Password page displays.

Note: You can also access the change password functionality from the Edit Existing Owner page.

3. Your existing login ID is displayed in the Login ID field. To change it, enter a new ID in this field.

4. To change your password, you must first enter your old password in the Old Password field.

5. Type your updated password in the New Password field.

6. Type the new password again in the Confirm Password field.

7. In the event you lose your password, select one of the following security questions to answer:

• Mother's maiden name?

• City of birth?

• Pet's name?

• Hint word?

8. Once you have selected a security question, type the answer in the Security Answer field.

9. To save your changes, click Update. To close this page without saving your changes, click Cancel.
